Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or information technology is often required.
- Strong understanding and experience in SAP SuccessFactors module configuration and implementation.
- Understanding of integration with other SAP modules and related technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience on SAP implementation projects.
- SAP SF certification is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Workforce Analytics.
- Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing HR processes.
- Design, configure, and test SuccessFactors modules according to client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP systems.
- Provide post-implementation support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on new SAP SuccessFactors releases and guide clients on leveraging enhancements.
