Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or information technology is often required.
  • Strong understanding and experience in SAP SuccessFactors module configuration and implementation.
  • Understanding of integration with other SAP modules and related technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience on SAP implementation projects.
  • SAP SF certification is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Workforce Analytics.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing HR processes.
  • Design, configure, and test SuccessFactors modules according to client specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated on new SAP SuccessFactors releases and guide clients on leveraging enhancements.
