Requirements:

• Must have a valid New York State professional teaching license in any STEM subject.
• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Must possess a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Completion of a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and a background check is required.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual academic instruction to assigned students.
• Lead students through successful course completion.
• Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and relationships.
• Create lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Keep track of student grades and performance.
