• A rich portfolio illustrating various digital product design projects.
• Top-notch communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated experience working on at least 2 shipped digital products.
• Proficiency in solving intricate design challenges.
• Efficient time management skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to design brilliant digital products and experiences.
• Serve as the lead designer for clients, fostering trust and translating their vision into actionable design plans.
• Independently lead the design journey from ideation to high-fidelity visualizations.
• Create essential design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes.
• Champion an iterative approach with stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers for design solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage concurrent projects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity.
• Stay updated on design trends to enhance offerings.
• Offer mentorship to budding designers.
• Engage with Design Leadership to refine methodologies.
