• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Slack, Float, and Harvest.
• Detail-oriented with documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product design.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 10-15 ongoing projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Set up and maintain project kickoff meetings, recurring syncs, and demos.
• Ensure proactive communication across all stakeholders.
• Assist in adhering to best practices within the Production Operations Process.
• Create and maintain project documentation, serving as the single source of truth.
• Work closely with teams to accurately allocate resources and maintain production schedules.
