Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst specifically within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of player behaviour, game mechanics, and in-game economies.
• Thorough knowledge of data infrastructure solutions such as Looker and BigQuery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for gaming.
• Desire to innovate and push the boundaries of analytics in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with game designers, product managers, and developers to identify key questions and define success metrics.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses regarding player engagement and game features.
• Estimate the financial performance of features and games collectively to aid in decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor game KPIs and track player engagement levels.
• Identify opportunities for game optimization through data analysis.
• Support the current analytical stack, including Looker and BigQuery, and investigate any data losses.
• Develop hypotheses from data insights and create A/B test plans to validate these hypotheses.
