Requirements:

• 7+ years working with state and/or local governments, including 5+ years in a senior program management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to advocate for best practices in technology project implementation.
• Strong experience with GenAI and understanding of its ethical considerations.
• Knowledge of government procurement and partnerships, along with user experience design.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and represent USDR’s GenAI strategy and point of view, generating excitement for GenAI.
• Lead government partner-facing GenAI technical assistance, conducting scoping calls and advising on GenAI applications.
• Ensure government needs are integrated into GenAI product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance USDR’s capacity to leverage GenAI.
