Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Deep experience with Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Knowledge of modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce) and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of complex web- and Salesforce-based solutions.
• Define data models, application components, integration strategies, and create technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee customization/configuration of Salesforce components and guide development teams.
• Implement governance best practices and conduct code reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and mentor development teams.
• Define testing strategies and lead quality assurance activities.
