Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• 3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and proficiency in Google and Microsoft software suites.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in nature.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound discrepancies, working with suppliers and 3PLs to rectify issues and identify trends through accurate reporting.
• Handle supplier and stakeholder invoicing, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing to the Finance team.
• Create and upload store delivery orders and ensure timely communication with stores and partners regarding deliveries.
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance and provide insights through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to optimize operations and stay updated on industry best practices.
