Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills with proficiency in legal databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of civil procedure and local court rules.
• Proficiency in e-discovery platforms and litigation support software.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Professional interaction with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in various jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with local counsels and conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop and maintain case files, ensuring organized documentation.
• Prepare legal memoranda and briefs on various legal issues.
• Participate in client meetings and court appearances under senior attorneys' supervision.
• Conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery processes.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
• Maintain litigation calendars and case management systems.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and contribute to litigation strategies.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by creating legal templates and research databases.
• Assist in preparing internal communications and participate in operational activities.
