Responsibilities:

• Leading daily team stand-ups.
• Managing the Search Atlas Implementer team.
• Learning the product inside and out.
• Designing and implementing scalable customer success processes.
• Establishing best practices for client reporting and communications.
• Establishing best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Developing and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Regularly reporting on implementation status and KPIs.
• Leading client kickoff meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Adapting to the role as needed.
