Requirements:
- BA/BS in Business or relevant experience in digital media (Account Management, Media Planning).
- 3+ years in digital media, with expertise in client service.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Atlas, Doubleclick, Salesforce, and JIRA.
- Knowledge of online advertising terms and revenue models.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments.
- Self-motivated team player with leadership and coaching skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own GumGum’s renewal business, driving growth for key accounts.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, including in-person meetings and campaign presentations.
- Identify incremental growth opportunities and strategize account expansion.
- Collaborate with sales to execute strategic opportunities and secure future revenue.
- Lead internal teams to manage and optimize sold campaigns, ensuring alignment on client success metrics.
- Review campaign performance regularly, providing optimization suggestions to meet KPIs.
- Mentor new team members, providing training and support.
