Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry in Africa.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preference will be given to those with cryptocurrency/blockchain/web3 experience.

Responsibilities:

• Grow assigned region/territory.
• Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high engagement, activity, and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting to inform company-level decision-making.
• Work closely with other departments (Product, Customer Experience, Marketing) to align sales efforts.
