Engineering Subject Matter Specialist (Forescout)

Requirements:

• Three (3) years relevant experience.
• Must possess active IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level II or above.
• Computing Environment Certification: LINUX+.
• Forescout Certified Administrator (FSCA) or Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments.
• Participate in all phases of software development with emphasis on planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
• Provide on-site and off-site ForeScout professional services including product deployment, configuration, health checks, optimization, training, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with implementation capacity and network designs.
• Coordinate pre-installation calls and provide written post-deployment summaries.
• Collaborate with government representatives regarding deployment techniques, feature requests, and product issues.
