Requirements:

• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in California.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week as a part-time independent contractor (1099 position).
• Must contract through a business entity (LLC required).
• 3+ years of prior experience in the telehealth space.
• Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
• Must own an iOS device that can be updated past iOS 16 and have access to strong internet.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
• Address issues related to pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, anxiety, depression, and family coaching.
• Use brief solution-focused therapy to provide immediate tools for clients.
• Document encounter summaries in MPractice.
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team for member needs and referrals.
• Serve as an ambassador for Maven’s care model.
