Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, good team player, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on digital asset trends and analyze their implications for insurance products.
• Collaborate with business development, product, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Contribute to overall strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in client onboarding by processing inquiries and performing KYC / AML checks.
• Manage client records by organizing and maintaining internal systems and databases.
