Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience, with specific exposure in general insurance, business analysis, IT, or management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in data analytics is highly preferred.
  • Proactive attitude demonstrates open-minded thinking, welcoming new ideas and diverse perspectives.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and insurance claims process.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure claims turnaround time meets service standard.
  • Handle complex claims with minimum supervision.
  • Coach staff for claims service quality.
  • Actively deliver claims related projects to streamline workflow and process.
  • Cross-departmental communication, including claim service quality and related disputes handling.
  • Assist claims data analysis and reporting.
