Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ASE Certifications are needed.
• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains is essential.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the Field Engineering Team regarding vehicle preliminary diagnosis.
• EPA 609 Certification is necessary.
• Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
• Valid driver license with no suspensions within the past year.

Responsibilities:

• Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems, electrical vehicle powertrains, and repair procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
• Problem-solve both technical and process-flow issues as a Subject Matter Expert in 1-2 major repair categories.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures, and document all customer vehicle interactions using appropriate software.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the service team and customers.
• Demonstrate detail orientation and a passion for positive client experiences.
• Support mobile service team remotely as needed.
