• Significant exposure to IAM solutions and fleet management.
• Strong background in automating IT operations, including fleet management tools.
• Practical knowledge of SAML, OAuth, SSO, and endpoint security management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proven record of effective IT solutions.
• Strong project management abilities, including work tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of IT, Identity, and Data specialists.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company and security objectives.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud-native IAM solutions using SAML and OAuth.
• Collaborate with the security team to implement security policies.
• Automate fleet management tools for efficient device provisioning.
• Drive initiatives that streamline user onboarding/offboarding and management of applications.
• Ensure endpoint security practices are integrated into operations.
• Plan and architect major projects and service enhancements.
