Requirements:

• Active, independent clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to children or adolescents.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy using modalities like CBT and DBT tailored to students' needs.
• Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and families to create a holistic support system.
• Utilize tools to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using a secure EHR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance professional skills.
