Requirements:

• Active independent clinical license in California as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision to associate-level therapists, ensuring high-quality teletherapy services.
• Monitor compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with care teams indirectly through supervisees to support students.
• Utilize tools to track progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of supervision sessions in secure EHR.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings for continuous professional development.
