Requirements:

• Active, independent clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to children or adolescents.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using modalities like CBT, DBT, and other proven interventions tailored to each student's needs.
• Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families to create a holistic support system for each student.
• Utilize tools to track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Keep accurate and timely records using a secure EHR system.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay at the forefront of youth mental health care.
