Requirements:

• Ability to navigate through the organization and identify relevant stakeholders.
• Capable of explaining complex regulatory requirements simply.
• Strong communication skills in both written and oral forms in English and Danish.
• Ability to work remotely with stakeholders in various locations.
• Analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing company.
• At least 5 years of experience in governance and compliance within regulated financial institutions.
• Experience in publicly listed companies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct the Group Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Know Pleo’s policies, procedures, laws, and regulations thoroughly.
• Revise and develop policies and governance documents.
• Engage with business at all levels regarding risk and compliance.
• Deliver compliance reports to stakeholders.
• Attend and advise management committees.
• Provide oversight and embed risk and compliance culture.
• Offer subject matter expertise in risk assessment.
• Support management with regulatory problem solving.
• Prepare and deliver compliance training.
• Manage relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.
