Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current finance system usage, identify gaps, and prioritize solutions for improved efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with Operations, finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and system dependencies.
• Define and document system requirements aligning them with operational and business goals.
• Assist in evaluating additional finance-related applications to enhance or replace existing systems.
• Gather feedback, define user stories, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and recommend solutions that meet business objectives.
• Coordinate system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Manage tickets submitted by teams and prioritize bugs effectively.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Manage project timelines, sprints, or Kanban boards for finance system initiatives.
• Create comprehensive documentation and support training efforts.
