Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital asset management, data entry, or content coordination roles.
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Frame.io, ClickUp, Slack, Funnelish, pics.io, Google Sites, and Adobe software.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a remote environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain digital asset storage across platforms including Google Drive, Frame.io, and ClickUp.
• Tag, categorize, and manage metadata for all digital assets using platforms like pics.io.
• Track and report data across the company, including marketing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members via Slack and maintain project information on ClickUp.
• Manage basic edits and prepare assets using Adobe software.
• Establish workflows to streamline digital asset retrieval.
