Junior Marketing Data Analyst

Requirements:

• 3+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in marketing or ecommerce.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; R experience is a plus.
• Familiar with cloud tools like Google BigQuery and understanding of Customer Data Platform.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools, particularly Looker Data Studio.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and KPIs.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical testing is an advantage.
• Understanding of marketing attribution frameworks and funnels.
• Understanding of incrementality testing and Marketing Mix Model is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop actionable insights to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Work closely with data engineering, marketing and commercial teams, supply chain, and finance.
