Requirements:

• Experience in a channel marketing leadership position in technology or B2B industries.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for Partner Lead Events and Regional Trade Shows.
• Excellent analytical skills to track plans into measurable objectives.
• Experience managing a budget and co-marketing funds.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to edit and improve reseller marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Marketo.
• Knowledge of digital demand generation and SEO best practices.
• A degree in marketing or an MBA preferred, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong marketing relationships with North American partners and execute joint marketing plans.
• Enable reseller marketing professionals to achieve lead generation goals.
• Support Partner Pipeline Development Plans and ensure accountability in the sales funnel.
• Assist with lead generation activities such as digital advertising and social media.
• Maintain two-way communication with the sales team and partners.
• Provide marketing programs, assist with product launches, and execute events.
• Develop ongoing marketing training programs for resellers.
• Oversee Market Development Funds distribution and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Provide content for reseller websites and maintain a reseller portal.
• Plan and lead regional trade shows with VARs.
• Contribute customer and business insights to the Global Marketing team.
• Manage the regional marketing budget and serve on the Americas Leadership Team.
