Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, particularly in core infrastructure teams.
• Proficiency in hybrid cloud environments (public and private), preferably AWS.
• Skills in infrastructure provisioning, systems administration, and use of monitoring tools.
• Experience designing scalable infrastructure solutions, especially for large-scale analytics.
• Knowledge of security best practices, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessment.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Familiarity with incident response processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees day-to-day activities of the core-infrastructure team, ensuring smooth processes.
• Designs and implements improvements to infrastructure and evaluates third-party solutions.
• Manages performance and development of team members.
• Establishes and optimizes processes for routine tasks.
• Operates an internal service desk for support requests.
• Coordinates out-of-hours support and manages incident response efforts.
• Conducts capacity planning and monitors infrastructure costs.
• Handles compliance activities and ensures security best practices are followed.
• Participates in disaster recovery testing.
