Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager.
• Ability to work independently, think big, and take ownership of problems and solutions.
• Experience driving projects and collaborating with partners.
• Proficiency in customer interaction, building focus groups, and validating solutions.
• Software development background required, preferably in cloud software and SaaS.
• Experience with PLM systems or process orchestration systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to meet adoption goals through customer engagement and market analytics.
• Research trends in the industry and competition.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas by engaging with customers and industry partners.
• Collaborate with R&D software engineers on cloud-based data management solutions.
• Create and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Coordinate across units to align stakeholders on product strategy.
• Develop a go-to-market strategy to support product launches.
