Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management and Fieldwork teams across US offices with direct line reports.
• Oversee the transformation process enabling fieldwork executives to enhance their commercial capabilities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to redefine operational practices and embed new processes.
• Provide training and coaching to project managers and fieldwork executives.
• Manage external supplier relationships ensuring alignment with financial goals.
