Technical Lead (Salesforce)

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with 2-3+ years as a Technical Lead or Developer.
• 2-4+ years of experience managing offshore resources.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Lightning, LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce APIs and web services development.
• Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform and development best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, translating business requirements into solutions, and developing custom functionalities.
• Write and review code, develop integrations, and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate with project managers to define scopes and create implementation plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and manage platform upgrades.
• Maintain documentation and provide training to users.
