Requirements:

Successfully completed commercial training or degree in business administration.
Preferred further education as a certified accountant (IHK) or tax specialist (IHK).
Minimum of two years' experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the insurance sector.
Strong knowledge of financial statements according to HGB.
Experience in risk management.
Proficient in software such as Datev, DÜVA, and Solvara.
High affinity for numbers and attention to detail.
Fluent in German and very good English skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for functions in accounting, finance, reporting, and risk management.
Handle diverse tasks in financial accounting and controlling.
Independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
Support identification, evaluation, and reporting of risks.
