Responsibilities:

• Participate in the onboarding process for new healthcare organizations, ensuring smooth transitions to AUGi.
• Monitor adoption metrics and engage with customers to drive product utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, addressing inquiries and conducting regular check-ins.
• Collaborate to develop ROI metrics and reports, showcasing the product's impact.
• Provide ongoing product education and act as a trusted advisor.
• Manage customer escalations and advocate for their needs.
• Cultivate success stories and collaborate with marketing on case studies.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
