• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, flow diagrams, mockup design, and documentation maintenance.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, XD, or others.
• Advanced conversational English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze user requirements.
• Gather user requirements and map business processes.
• Specify use cases and analyze problems to propose solutions.
• Generate documentation for tracking changes in focus and priorities.
• Identify synergies and impacts among different systems.
• Ensure food safety and assess business process design.
• Evaluate user design and technical aspects of information systems.
• Identify impacts across departments, products, and services.
• Conduct business testing and validate workflows.
