• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required.
• If Intuit Academy Level 1 badge is obtained, eligibility with 1+ year of recent experience is acceptable.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with customers through video and audio tools.

Responsibilities:

• You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation while managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in accessible language.
• Interact with customers using state of the art video communication software and document interactions.
