• 1+ years of experience as a developer (code or no-code).
• Proficiency in English at B2 Business level (written is a must, conversational is a plus).
• Ability to lean into strong suits while improving on weak skills.
• Preference for a teammate approach and enjoyment of learning.
• High self-awareness and introspectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using no-code tools.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
• Implement custom workflows, APIs, and integrations with third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with the team to debug, test, and roll out new features for customers.
• Optimize customers’ operational and development stack using no-code tools like Bubble, n8n, Retool, Airtable, and OpenAI.
