Requirements:

• 3+ years as a product owner managing vendors in fulfillment, logistics, or production.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, vendor management, or business administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll manage North American and Australian 3PL fulfillment operations, ensuring performance of warehouse vendors.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, own forecasting and planning, and manage budgets.
• Conduct vendor site visits, lead status meetings, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
