• Proven track record as a business builder with growth experience.
• Experience owning a P&L for an Amazon business over $75MM.
• Minimum 10 years of Amazon experience in a consumer brand.
• At least 5 years managing paid media and full funnel Amazon strategy.
• Strategic mindset with a vision for team empowerment.
• Commercial mindset for identifying opportunities and formulating strategies.
• Proven ability to lead teams through challenges.
• Experience leading digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Implement multi-year strategic plans tied to financial strategies.
• Set and drive performance targets including revenue, gross margin, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build marketing strategies and collaborate with agencies and internal teams.
• Inform content and merchandising strategies supporting continuous testing.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and prioritize business challenges.
• Develop team talent and enhance job satisfaction.
• Collaborate with shared services teams to ensure commercial success.
• Engage with regional marketplace peers for growth strategies.
• Incorporate customer trends and data into decision-making.
