Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 3+ years of prior EdTech sales experience.
  • Prior experience selling K-12 core curriculum.
  • 5+ years of teaching and/or school administrative experience.
  • Background in Math preferred for both teaching and sales.
  • Prior experience in core curriculum adoption.
  • Exceptional presentation and one-on-one conversational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with educational technology.
  • Passion for integrating technology into classrooms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Introduce our new math core curriculum program to new and existing customers
  • Partner with K-12 field sales management and representatives for strategizing and executing the core curriculum program.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs for personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Leverage market and product knowledge to increase sales.
  • Deliver highly effective presentations to educators including administrators and teachers.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of all IXL products.
  • Stay updated on market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to prospect specific district and state departments.
  • Prepare for state and local adoptions.
