Requirements:

• Open to new grads and UX career changers.
• Interest in UX research, product design, or service design.
• Willing to commit 5-10 hours per week for program deliverables.
• Available for 2-3 hour weekend lectures.
• Open to feedback and willing to revise design work.

Responsibilities:

• Build digital products and services from concept to launch.
• Lead the end-to-end design process for a chosen startup idea.
• Manage product and feature scoping, as well as project management.
• Conduct discovery research by recruiting users, creating plans, and leading interviews.
• Deliver a compelling UX and business pitch using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Showcase user types, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct user testing to improve usability.
• Design a unique design system including components and branding.
• Analyze competitors to clarify the solution's differentiators.
