Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with AWS and other cloud services.
• Strong skills in observability, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience fine-tuning containerized Java applications is an advantage.
• In-depth experience with multiple CI tools, such as GitHub Actions.
• In-depth experience with CD tools, such as ArgoCD.
• 2+ years of experience managing production Kubernetes clusters and deploying applications.
• 2+ years of experience writing scripts in various languages like Java, TypeScript, Bash, and Go.
• Experience managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Crossplane.
• Software development experience, ideally in Java, to understand engineers' needs and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Improve observability, reliability and availability by defining and measuring key metrics.
• Closely collaborate with the Core Services fleet to performance tune and optimize architecture.
• Proactively find and analyze reliability problems across business units and stack, then design and implement solutions.
• Educate, mentor, and hold accountable the engineering team to enhance system reliability.
