Requirements:

• BS in chemical engineering or a related discipline required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Skills in project economics, process development, optimization, and design.
• Experience with contracts, licensing, and intellectual property protection.
• Expertise in environmental compliance and process safety.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management software, and web conferencing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage RAPID projects, including collaboration with the Technical Team to analyze metrics.
• Execute and close sub-award agreements with the Financial Team.
• Ensure compliance with project parameters and close sun-setting projects.
• Review technical and financial documentation, ensuring proper reporting to leadership.
• Strategize with senior team staff for effective program management.
• Drive communication across the Institute and participate in member service activities.
