Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related discipline from an accredited university.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience leading a team in a project-like environment and with chemical engineering science.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic Project Management principles.
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software.
• Familiarity with team management tools (MS Teams) and web conferencing software.

Responsibilities:

• Perform project management for RAPID R&D projects, including those from DOE award and other sources.
• Monitor project teams relative to milestones, identify problems or successes, and clear roadblocks.
• Ensure project milestones, technical progress and financials are reported to leadership and the DOE.
• Assist senior-level technical staff with strategic program management.
• Maintain the member database and assist with member satisfaction surveys.
• Support membership onboarding, renewal processes, and meeting logistics.
