Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant or accounting assistant in the targeted companies and Big Four audit firms.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in banks and payments or accounts payable.
• B2 Upper Intermediate English.
• Proficient with Excel (Google Sheets).

Responsibilities:

• Weekly extract payment lists for all group companies and prepare the payment register.
• Facilitate payments to vendors and creditors through bank transfers.
• Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy in both incoming and outgoing payments.
• Administer company card and their reconciliation.
• Review, verify, and process suppliers' invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely entry into the accounting system.
• Deal with documents from suppliers as well as oversee payments' approval flow.
• Forecast cash flow projections based on historical data and anticipated business activities.
