Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or HR.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience consulting in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in a support or implementation role with a main focus on RCM/ONB.

  • Investigate and resolve software faults related to end users.
  • Respond to high-priority issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with testing and documentation of results for fixes or changes.
  • Critically analyse problems submitted by SAP users and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify efficiency solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
