• Experience in sourcing and executing strategic partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Passion for gaming and Web3 with a belief in its revolutionary potential for the industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed and remote team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow, retain, and monetize audiences from Web3 and traditional gamer segments.
• Identify and capitalize on trends in Web3, blockchain, and gaming sectors.
• Collaborate with IP partners for brand synergy and alignment with publishing efforts.
• Execute multi-channel community engagement campaigns to attract and retain users.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all community channels.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with platform holders and other stakeholders.
• Oversee content creation for community engagement channels.
• Foster player engagement and create a strong sense of belonging.
