Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related role, with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of analytics and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analytics engineers.
• Define and drive the strategic vision for analytics engineering.
• Architect and manage scalable data solutions, including data pipelines.
• Lead project scoping, planning, and execution for analytics initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Data Science, and other teams to implement analytics solutions.
