ServiceNow Solutions Architect Lead

Requirements:

• ITIL v3 Certified
• Admin Certified on ServiceNow
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations, ITOM, and instance management
• 3+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience
• At least one full lifecycle ServiceNow implementation as a lead architect or engagement manager
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
• Experience with ServiceNow Import Sets and Transform Maps
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)

Responsibilities:

• Architect ServiceNow technical solutions
• Develop and analyze functional requirements for systems implementations and convert them into ServiceNow technical designs
• Perform quality reviews to ensure requirements are properly documented
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow customizations including core setup, workflows, reporting, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, ebonding, and third-party software integrations
• Perform advanced customizations like Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, and custom tables
• Manage the work of the ServiceNow technical team, define development sprints, and conduct daily SCRUM calls
