Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Smart City consulting, focusing on pre-sales activities.
• Expertise in Smart City technologies including IoT, AI, data analytics, and urban digital infrastructure.
• Proven ability to craft solution designs and technical documentation for pre-sales.
• Experience in the KSA market and understanding of Saudi Vision 2030.
• Proficiency in English — B2 level or higher, and native Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and effectively position smart city solutions.
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge on smart city technologies such as IoT, AI, and Big Data.
• Create customized demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Work with technical and sales teams to design tailored smart city solutions.
• Assist in developing proposals and technical documents that address client goals.
• Explain complex smart city concepts clearly to clients.
• Utilize knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 to align solutions with national initiatives.
• Support preparation of pre-sale materials including technical proposals.
