Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles within the IT sector, focusing on the KSA market.
- Strong understanding of the Digital Government Authority (DGA) NORA framework.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its impact on IT strategies in the Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with the business objectives and regulatory requirements of KSA.
- Ensure full compliance with the Saudi DGA NORA framework, integrating its principles into all aspects of IT architecture.
- Serve as a key advisor to pre-sale process participants on IT governance matters.
- Establish governance structures adhering to DGA guidelines for data protection and digital government services.
- Lead development of enterprise architecture models, ensuring integration and scalability.
- Participate in solution design for enterprise-wide IT solutions compliant with the NORA framework.
- Support the pre-sale process with digital transformation initiatives incorporating emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design secure architectures.
