Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles within the IT sector, focusing on the KSA market.
Strong understanding of the Digital Government Authority (DGA) NORA framework.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and its impact on IT strategies in the Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with the business objectives and regulatory requirements of KSA.
Ensure full compliance with the Saudi DGA NORA framework, integrating its principles into all aspects of IT architecture.
Serve as a key advisor to pre-sale process participants on IT governance matters.
Establish governance structures adhering to DGA guidelines for data protection and digital government services.
Lead development of enterprise architecture models, ensuring integration and scalability.
Participate in solution design for enterprise-wide IT solutions compliant with the NORA framework.
Support the pre-sale process with digital transformation initiatives incorporating emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design secure architectures.
