Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2C user acquisition or performance marketing, with a strong focus on consumer-facing mobile apps, preferably in gaming or fintech
  • Proven track record of driving significant consumer growth and improving key metrics in previous B2C roles, particularly in high-spend environments
  • Deep understanding of B2C mobile marketing channels, ad networks, and attribution platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and ROI optimization for consumer-focused UA campaigns
  • Excellent leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and developing talent while also being hands-on with campaign management
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, product understanding, and ability to collaborate effectively with product teams
  • Proficiency in B2C marketing operations and ad monetization
  • Willingness to work US hours or be within a 3-hour eastern time zone of the US
  • Experience in B2C mobile gaming, consumer apps,  or cash-centric/gambling apps
  • Familiarity with various types of digital assets and how to acquire them effectively for consumer-facing products
  • Solid B2C marketing acumen with the ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Experience with app store optimization (ASO) and organic growth strategies for consumer apps
  • Knowledge of consumer segmentation and personalization strategies

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across multiple B2C channels, with a focus on mobile gaming and cash-centric/gambling mobile app ecosystems
  • Lead and mentor user acquisition specialists while maintaining a hands-on approach to consumer-focused campaign management
  • Oversee high-spend capital budget campaigns, managing and optimizing large-scale B2C user acquisition efforts across various digital platforms
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure alignment between user acquisition strategies and consumer-centric product features
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to continuously improve B2C user acquisition ROI and lower customer acquisition costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, ad networks, affiliate channels, and vendors to maximize consumer acquisition opportunities
  • Stay at the forefront of B2C mobile user acquisition trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the gaming and fintech sectors
  • Deep understanding of consumer LTV/CAC, Virality Loops, and K-Factor across multiple geos
