Requirements:

- Solid B2C marketing acumen with the ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across multiple B2C channels, with a focus on mobile gaming and cash-centric/gambling mobile app ecosystems
- Lead and mentor user acquisition specialists while maintaining a hands-on approach to consumer-focused campaign management
- Oversee high-spend capital budget campaigns, managing and optimizing large-scale B2C user acquisition efforts across various digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure alignment between user acquisition strategies and consumer-centric product features
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to continuously improve B2C user acquisition ROI and lower customer acquisition costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, ad networks, affiliate channels, and vendors to maximize consumer acquisition opportunities
- Stay at the forefront of B2C mobile user acquisition trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the gaming and fintech sectors
- Deep understanding of consumer LTV/CAC, Virality Loops, and K-Factor across multiple geos
